Welcome to Kalisi! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Kalisi's Website and Mobile Application.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Kalisi mobile application and website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all usage of the application and website.
2. User Registration & Roles
You must register an account to access key features. You can register as a User (caller) or a Listener (host). You agree to provide accurate registration details and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
3. Coin System & Payments
Kalisi utilizes an in-app currency system called 'Coins'. Users purchase coins using standard payment methods. Coins are deducted dynamically on a pay-per-minute basis during active calls. Purchased coins are non-refundable, except as required by local laws or specified within our billing policies.
4. Code of Conduct
We aim to foster a safe, supportive, and respectful environment. You are strictly prohibited from utilizing the call service for harassment, threats, hate speech, explicit content, spam, or unlawful activities. Listeners are independent providers and do not offer professional medical, legal, or therapeutic advice.
5. Trust & Safety Measures
We reserve the right to monitor account activities (excluding active voice/video streams) to identify fraudulent behavior. If you violate these terms, we may immediately suspend or permanently delete your account without refund of remaining coin balances.
6. Limitation of Liability
Kalisi is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application, connections made, or advice received from independent listeners.
