3. Peer-to-Peer Encryption
All audio and video call streams generated through the Kalisi application are encrypted end-to-end using WebRTC standards. Our servers act purely as signaling channels to establish connections. We do not have access to, nor do we store, any voice or video data passing between callers.
4. Data Security & Storage
We use commercial-grade safety measures to protect your personal information. Account information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Coin transactions are processed securely through payment gateway integration partners.
5. Your Rights & Account Deletion
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your account information at any time. You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data directly within the app settings or by visiting our Delete Account Request portal on this website.
